A new system has been created by Microsoft that could see Guitar Hero being played with an air guitar. The system is called the muscle computer interface.
The new technology uses EMG sensors places around muscles in the arms that detect movement from your hands and fingers. By placing the sensors on to the arm it allows for a more hands free operation for times when you are unable to hold a remote control or game controller. The Parking Pilot is a device that assists people to park their cars more easily. It uses the traditional ultrasonic sensors that you see on the back of a number of cars, but inside it uses a few more graphics to help you judge the distances more easily.

This is one of the most random gadgets I have seen in the last few years. The device is called the automated turn switch off machine and all it does is switch a toggle switch off every time you try to switch it on. I can’t see any other purpose then perhaps reminding you to switch off all your electronic devices when you are not using them – and that’s really stretching the purpose of it in my opinion.

BGR have posted a rumour/unconfirmed information about the Google Nexus One being made available unlocked on the AT&T network. The AT&T version will be 3G compatible. The person who provided the information to BGR also said that it will be a second unlocked model with T-Mobile still having the unsusidized version although I assume both types of phone will be sold on the Google site as
