Spotify has introduced a couple of new plans to it’s services. The new plans called Spotify Open and Spotify Unlimited add some in-between plans allowing users to cut down on what they don’t need from the Premium service and also sign up to the free service without an invite.
Right now the most expensive plan costs £9.99 and is called Spotify Premium. This service gives you full access to Spotify as well as being able to stream music (or store locally for 30 days) any music available through the service. Full comparison here.
The Spotify Unlimited plan costs £4.99/month but removes the ability to use the service on a mobile phone.

Things can’t be going too well for Apple [AAPL] at the moment after another iPhone 4G has been leaked in Vietnam. Perhaps we are looking at the same phone we have seen a couple of times before though. Right now, I’ve lost track of how many phones there have been captured on camera that all look very similar. I believe it might be the fifth as there was one captured earlier this year before the Gizmodo leak, then the Gizmodo leak, then Vietnam, then France and now Vietnam again. The last three and perhaps the first could all be the same unit though.
Last week we heard that the Sony PSP2 was being planned for a launch later this year. More information has been found relating to a PSP2 and what we can expect to see in the launch (which will now happen early next year).

ASUS has announced two new netbooks called the ASUS Eee 1015P and the 1015PE. Each are fairly standard netbooks running the usual Intel Atom N450 processor. The screens on each device measure 10.1 inches and are backlit by LED. The resolution is 1024×600 pixels.

Digitimes is reporting today that Foxconn will be shipping 24 million Apple iPhone 4G units this year. 4.5 million units will be shipping in the first half and that will be followed by 19.5 million units in the final half of 2010. Apple [AAPL] is planning on the 4G being a huge success.
A PreCentral user has successfully loaded up a webOS image on to an IDE hard drive and managed to get it to run on a real PC, meaning it isn’t running as a virtual machine.
When Google [GOOG] launched the Nexus One back in January, the company took a unique path to selling the smartphone. Instead of selling it through the various networks, Google decided to create their own online store at google.com/phone where you could pick up a handset and theoretically choose the network you wanted your phone to be on although not many networks actually accepted it.
Just a few days ago, Sony announced two new digital cameras called the Sony NEX-3 and the Sony NEX-5. We are now hearing that another higher spec model called the Sony NEX-7 is being launched later this year that will have full HD recording abilities being able to capture at 1080p.
When taking any mobile phone or 3G connected device abroad, the roaming costs can get very scary, very quickly. Bills in to the hundreds of pounds can be stacked up with in a few days if you’re not careful.
Dell has launched a couple of new displays that use IPS (in-plane switching) panels. The two new displays called the U2211H and the U2111H measure 21.5 inches and 23 inches respectively.
