Asus are launching another Eee PC in their 1000 range. This time it’s the Eee 1002H that will be launched. Lets see what is different to the rest of the 1000 series.
The Asus Eee 1002H has a 10 inch screen running at a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. It has a chiclet style keyboard, runs an Intel Atom N280 processor that runs at 1.66GHz and has 1GB of DDR2 RAM. This Eee opts for a 160GB harddrive and Asus allow you 10GB of storage online. A 5 hour battery life is promised in this model. On to connectivity is has WiFi at b/g and n capabilities and Bluetooth 2.0+EDR is included which can be used to tether up to your mobile phone for broadband access on the move. A VGA port, 3 USB 2.0 ports and wired ethernet port are also included. A memory card reader can also be found in the side of the Eee 1002H.
It’s a nice looking netbook and with it’s processor, HD storage space and fairly decent sized keyboard it makes an ideal travel companion for those wanting a smaller XP capable netbook for the road.

Asus recently introduced a new line of notebooks named the Asus U and Asus UX Series. The emphasis on the new series is design as quoted in the press release… “Each of them a masterpiece so immensely desirable, the U and UX Series takes modern day computing to the streets”.
Asus are on a roll with their range of Eee PC netbooks. The latest to be made available is the Asus Eee PC 1008HA which will have a 10 inch screen, measure just 1 inch thick and weigh 2.4 pounds.
Asus have announced that the Lamborghini VX5 will get a beefy update on the storage side of things. The VX5 will be the first laptop in the world that will come supplied with a 1TB SSD (Solid State Drive).
The Samsung NC20 netbook will be launching soon and is a step up from the NC10. The differences between the 2 are the processor and screen size.
This laptop power supply can power any laptop you own and it comes with 2 USB ports. Most people don’t really think of their laptop PSU as anything but something to keep the laptop going. It seems like the creators of the universal PSU felt it was left out a little. 
When you think of Google Android you probably first think of the new mobile phone OS that is starting to become popular. However, it no longer will be used just for mobile phones as Asus could be launching a netbook powered by Android.
