Eye-Fi cards are unique as they can wirelessly connect your digital camera up to a wireless network for instant transfer of pictures. Pictures are generally sent to photo sharing sites such as Flickr. It seems that Eye-Fi cards now have the option of FTP file transfer allowing you to bypass any restrictions that Flickr and other companies have.
All you need to get this going is an FTP server (you can configure your home computer to be one), or use a webserver if you run a website, and an Eye-Fi card that supports Online Sharing (there are several versions of Eye-Fi cards available, so you might not have the correct type for this). Casio are launching a new point and shoot camera called the Casio Exilim EX-FC150. The camera is an upgrade from the previous EX-FC100 series camera and has been upgraded with a new CMOS sensor that can capture images at 10 megapixels. The sensor is also backlit.
If you have a Palm Pre on the Sprint network then information on the Palm site indicates an update to webOS is being launched on November 15 (although some reports are saying you can get it right now). The update takes webOS from version 1.2.1 to 1.3.1. Information in version text at Palm indicates that no new applications are being added, but that some changes are being made to current versions of the applications.

The LG Chocolate Touch was announced as being available yesterday over at Verizon. The LG Chocolate Touch is designed for those who love music and comes equipped with Dolby Mobile sound. On the music side of the phone it has an FM radio, integrated song ID, dedicated side key for access to songs and for connectivity to headsets, Bluetooth is also included.
Verizon have officially announced that they will be offering the HTC DROID Eris and that it will be launched tomorrow on their network. The DROID Eris is another version of the HTC Hero and has a 3.2 inch capacitive touchscreen along with a 5 megapixel camera, EVDO Rev.A and it uses the HTC Sense user interface.
Nokia have announced five new mobile phones that are heading to Indonesia. The phones named the Nokia 1280, Nokia 1616, Nokia 1800, Nokia 2220 slide and Nokia 2690 are all affordable phones and easy to use which support the Nokia Life Tools. As well as being targeted at Indonesia, Nokia also mention that the phones will be available worldwide.
