ASUS have announced the ASUS UL30VT laptop that has been described as being ultra thin. The laptop measures just 1 inch thin and weighs 1.5KG. The UL30VT is covered in aluminium that has been given a brushed finish.
The laptop is powered by a 1.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor with the option of a cheaper 1.2GHz Intel Celeron processor. Memory wise, it can handle up to 4GB of RAM. Also included is a 500GB hard drive. [Read more…]

Samsung have announced the launch of a new portable multimedia player called the Samsung YP-R0. The device has a 2.6 inch colour LCD screen and comes with either 4GB or 8GB of storage depending on the model you choose. By using a microSDHC memory card the storage can be increased by a further 16GB.
The iPhone has had a few projectors launched for it of which they look quite good. The latest that I came across just today is the HypnosEye that although does it’s job of projecting an image, doesn’t look that good. Looks aside though, the HypnosEye is a simple projector that uses a lens and mirror to project images seen on the screen of your iPhone.
