If you are using a computer, which we can safely assume you probably are if you are reading this, then you will be familiar with the scroll bar found on the side of pages that go beyond the limits of the screen.
The Scroll Bar Clock was inspired by these scroll bars. It was created over at Toki-Woki and there isn’t any information that I can find about it.
Check the clock out over at Toki-Woki. I guess if you really love it you could always somehow find a way to use it as your backdrop on your PC or laptop.
