I have a lovely, lovely laptop that plays the latest games and does everything I need it to plus more but the battery takes a pounding. Equally, I have a lovely, lovely new phone and again the battery life takes quite the beating if everything is switched on. Usually its down to the automatic updates, auto syncing and the like and any other big, signature features that tend to suck the battery juice dry.

I remember playing Super Mario Bros. for the first time on my Nintendo Game Boy in not so glorious black and white (actually rather different shades of green) when I was about 12 years old. Then when I finally had the cash (acquired from paper route money) I got my little hands on a Super NES and stuck in my copy of Super Mario All-Stars for the first time which contained the most quintessential games ever to grace any console, they being, Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 2, and Super Mario Bros 3. It’s been a long time coming but Rockstar have finally set their sights on a re-release for their massively successful, top trump Grand Theft Auto IV, that on it’s own managed to sell well over 13 million copies world wide in 2008.
According to Amazon, ‘Grand Theft Auto: Complete Edition’ has been marked for an October 26th release in the US though it’s still unknown when the release will hit the UK, Rockstar have confirmed that it will indeed be arriving in the coming weeks. [Read more…]
