Fujitsu are launching their latest SnapScan portable scanner. The newest model is called the Fujitsu SnapScan S1300 and is capable of scanning up to 8 pages per minute (double-sided). This means that you have a full duplex high speed portable scanner that can be taken anywhere and is powered by USB.
With the scanner being USB powered it’s only a matter of quickly connecting it up to a PC or Mac which enables the power, and then launch the application, insert the paper and hit scan. HP have built their latest netbook device that actually is a smartbook crammed in to a netbook if that makes sense. The device is called the Compaq AirLife 100 and it runs the Android OS, is powered by a Snapdragon processor (rumoured) and uses an SSD for storage.
BGR managed to get hold of some details related to the launch dates of the Motorola Devour. The Devour will be launching on February 25th on indirect channels at authorised distributors and the following month on March 15th to all channels. Pricing in this instance is not known due to Verizon (who will be the carrier) not listing prices on the leaked documents.

It appears that T-Mobile might be introducing the new model of the myTouch 3G Android based smartphone today as the phone has appears on their site. New features on the phone vs the older myTouch 3G include a 3.5mm headphone jack along with a little extra memory that sees it move from 192MB up to 288MB.
Panasonic have announced a new rugged tablet called the Toughbook H1 Field. The press release describes the H1 as being the most rugged handheld tablet in the world. The H1 tablet is certified to reach both IP65 and MIL-STD-810G standards which allows it to handle drops of up to six feet.
