After a week of delays the Motorola RAZR will be launching in the UK tomorrow on November 8th. The new RAZR runs the Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread operating system, comes with 16GB of storage and runs on a 1.2GHz processor.

More iPhone 4S Problems Discussed in Apple Forums – This time with Audio

The iPhone 4S has had a few problems since it launched a few weeks ago. These include a battery problem which sees users not being able to get through a day without having to plugin and recharge. The next problem is related to audio. We’ve reported on similar problems before which saw the wired headset becoming prone to some bad echos. This even newer problem seems to be with audio cutting out on outgoing calls.

HTC Announce First Wave of Ice Cream Sandwich Upgrades

We finally have some good information from HTC that informs us of which devices will be upgradeable to the latest version of Android which is Ice Cream Sandwich. Devices getting Android 4.0 will include the new HTC Vivid along with several other devices detailed below.

One thing to note is that the devices listed below represent the first wave which indicates more devices will also be getting an upgrade.

iOS 5.0.1 Beta 2 Battery Fix Update Released

Just a couple of evenings ago Apple [AAPL] released a small update to developers for testing. The new update was numbered iOS 5.0.1 and is an attempt to fix the battery issues of iOS 5 which are most evident on the iPhone 4S and in some cases the iPhone 4. Not more than 48 hours later Apple has already released Beta 2 of the update.

Apple 5th Avenue Store Redesign Revealed

The Apple store on 5th Avenue has had a bit of a redesign. Prior to the redesign the large glass cube had 90 panes of glass in the structure. This has now been reduced to just 15.
