HTC have announced that the HTC HD2 is now shipping in Europe and Asia and will be heading to the US in early 2010. The announcement was made in a press release published today. Although the phone is shipping today, you wont be able to get your hands on it for another few days yet it seems.

The Alex eBook Reader is an Android based device that has two screens and runs Marvell’s ARMADA 166E chip. The new chip allows frame rates of up to 3fps on the eInk screen up top that although not a huge amount of frames could give some basic animation to images/comics read on the eBook.

After a few months of rumours and leaks about the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 and it’s change of name from Rachael to X3 and finally to X10, it has now been officially unveiled. The new SE Android based phone runs a 1GHz Snapdragon processor built by Qualcomm and has a healthy 4 inch capacitive touchscreen display which isn’t quite the size of the HTC HD2, but is still quite a large screen to work with.
Windows 7 launched just recently and has already achieved a 3.48% market share according to figures collected at the end of October. These figures only represent installed copies and do not include shipped copies that have not been installed just yet.
