The account says it’s the official twitter account showing official news from the company Apple. The account has been active for most of this year (since the iPad was announced at the end of January) and currently has 63,459 followers as of the time of writing this.

Google [GOOG] has announced integration between Google Docs and Microsoft Office. What the new integration does is let you edit your docs with Office and then have them all synced together. This lets you use a familiar interface rather than having to learn the Google Docs interface.
When Apple released the iOS 4.2 GM, developers began to notice that shared printers were being pulled from the service and that only a handful of select HP printers were actually compatible with iOS AirPrint (see list after the quotes below).

Apple [AAPL] just announced that the iOS 4.2 update was being launched today. Mixed within that press release were details showing that Find My iPhone was now being made a free feature and that a MobileMe subscription would no longer be required for you to track your missing iOS 4.2 device. The Find My iPhone feature is available on the iPad, iPhone 4 and 4th Gen iPod touch only and requires you are running iOS 4.2 to activate it.
Two new live wallpapers have been released for Android based smartphones. The first one is a Doom themed wallpaper that shows characters from the original Doom that launched in the 90’s. You cannot play it like the original game, but you can tap the screen to give your character powerups whilst watching him shoot the bad guys.
Trademark details indicate that Apple [AAPL] could be using Carbon Fiber for the back cover of the iPad 2. What this would do is make the iPad 2 both strong and lighter than the original iPad.
The GSM Association is looking in to the idea of using embedded SIM cards in mobile phones beginning sometime in 2012. The new embedded SIM cards will be capable of being activated by software which means that one SIM card can be activated on any GSM network when the phone is purchased.
Microsoft [MSFT] has re-released the Kin ONE and Kin TWO. This time around, they are being called the Kin ONEm and Kin TWOm and will be launching back on the Verizon [VZ] network.
Last week, Fusion Garage confirmed that the JooJoo was being killed off to make space for a new focus, ie, the JooJoo 2.
