The HTC Desire was recently captured on camera for what seems to be the first time. The Desire was first spotted about 7 weeks ago early in September where all the information that was available there referred to it as a HTC Desire 6200. Also back then it was also indicated that it would be an Android based phone.
The photograph capturing the HTC Desire does confirm that it is indeed an Android based phone. The phone is branded by Verizon and is said to be a very similar size to the HTC Hero. A close look at the picture shows that there could be the usual trackball in the middle towards the bottom of the phone along with 2, possibly 6 hard buttons which I assume is send/end calls for 2 of them along with a Home button, menu, back and search possibly. GenMobile is a portable Sega Genesis that allows you to play your old Genesis/Megadrive games while on the move. It’s similar to the Nomad that came out years ago although it has been shrunk down thanks to advances in technology.
If you are wanting to run Windows 7 on your Mac by using Boot Camp then you are almost in luck as Apple have officially said that Windows 7 will run by the end of this year.
Motorola have published the product pages for the new Motorola Droid phone due out soon. However, the page was only online for a brief amount of time. We won’t go in to why we think it was pulled so quick, but what it did reveal is the official specs for the phone.
A few weeks ago the Dell Adamo XPS was very briefly spotted but only closed up and only for a minute or so. Then shortly after some official pictures showed up that showed the slim notebook from the side and also closed up.
A few days ago we mentioned a new prototype screen built by Sony that could display a 360 degree image in 3D. It was unknown what this screen could be used for although a few examples of instore advertising were mentioned.
Amazon are now taking pre-orders for the HTC HD2 in the UK preparing for a SIM free launch date of November 20 2009.
After mentioning the Motorola Droid probably nearly every day since the weekend, it’s time for more information on it. BGR, again, got some pictures of a mailout that is part of the DroidDoes campaign showing a little more of exactly what the new Droid phone can do. Look at it as more of a teaser though rather than in-depth information.
Along with a big update to a number of Apple products yesterday, Apple [AAPL] have also launched the new Magic Mouse. The mouse is the worlds first multi touch mouse allowing you to use anywhere on it’s surface to click on.
PocketNow managed to get some screenshots of the upcoming Windows Mobile 7. New screen shots show a new call screen, calendar, contact page, email, text messaging and settings.
Apple [AAPL] have also updated their iMac range today with two new models. The first has a screen measuring 21.5 inches while the larger has a screen measuring 27 inches. To finish off the design the screens are covered in edge to edge glass to give the new iMac a nice look.
