Sony Ericsson X10 Prepares for Launch on T-Mobile UK

As well as T-Mobile getting ready to launch the HTC Desire on their network in the UK this week, they also have uploaded pricing for the Sony Ericsson X10 also giving the phone away for free for those who sign up for a 24 month contract paying £35/month. For the £35/month you get 900 minutes of calls and 500 text messages as well as the “unlimited” 1GB data plan.

The cheapest monthly cost you can get the phone for is just £10/month although at that price you’ll need to pay £226 for the handset and you’ll also be locked in for 24 months as well.

The Sony Ericsson X10 is an Android based handset that’s been in the works for quite a while it seems now. The touchscreen measures 4 inches and the camera is capable of capturing images at 8 megapixels. The usual features of any Android based phone are included such as AGPS, Bluetooth, Wifi as well as many other features.

It’s another nice looking phone in the Android line up of phones this year and at a good price it’s not a bad buy. Orders can be made now over at T-Mobile.
