Google [GOOG] has released Chrome 8 to the stable channel which brings the browser up to version 8.0.552.215. To download Google Chrome 8 Stable you’ll need to visit here. The release has also been released on the beta channel.

Apple has discontinued the compact wired keyboard. This particular keyboard first showed up early in 2009 and was different in that the numberpad had been chopped off the right hand side.

Sony has developed a new system that allows LCD screens to respond quicker to changes. The new technology is called Hybrid FPA (field-induced photo-reactive alignment). What this allows the screen to do is achieve a response time of under 3ms. The technology also improves on stability through the manufacturing process.
Since 1998, Google has once in a while produced what is called a Google Doodle. The Google Doodles are re-drawn Google Logos that are used on specific days where something important happened in history such as man landing on the moon.
