Pocket-Lint has found out information saying that an Android based tablet device will be revealed at CES 2010 by Dell. The tablet will go head to head with a number of new tablets such as the JooJoo and Archos Internet Tablet.
The new device will sit between the size of a smartphone and a netbook with the screen size measuring 5 inches. The device from Dell will run the Android OS operating system and be launched sometime next year in the UK. It is expected that the Dell Tablet will be first revealed at CES 2010 in January.
When asked, Dell have said that they continually work on and test new mobile products but will not comment on rumour or speculation.
It seems to me like 2010 will be very interesting with regards to tablets as there is the launch of the JooJoo very soon along with speculation about an Apple Tablet being launched either March or mid next year.
