Samsung has filed a patent that details a device with dual-touch features. What this means is that the screen on the front will be touch-sensitive as normal, but also that the back of the device will integrate touch.
The patent shows all the details and describes the system as a ‘Mobile terminal having dual touch screen and method of controlling content therein.
If implemented on a tablet device it would allow users to hold the device and control functions on screen by sliding fingers across the back of the device. [Read more…]
