Samsung BD-C5900 3D Blu-ray Player Only $140.95

Forking out for a 3D TV right now will probably break the bank account in twain. Then, if you get yourself one of Sony’s PlayStation 3 consoles then that’ll set you back another few hundred dollars. Thankfully though, if you can’t wait to start your movie-viewing experience in lovely, lovely 3D without dipping too far into you wallet then Amazon has something special for you all.

Samsung’s BD-C5900 3D Blu-ray Player is listed on Amazon at only $140.95. The player features Internet@TV which, according to the developers, will “connect you to an ever-expanding portal of your favourite digital content. Customizable widgets give you access to BLOCKBUSTER, Facebook, YouTube, Flickr, and more – all on your HDTV.”)

Also, the player houses BD-Live, DLNA, 7.1 surround audio output at Dolby Digital TruHD and comes WiFi ready as long as you get a dongle that you can also purchase from the same site. Ports on the 3D Blu-Ray Player include 1 x HDMI, 1 XUSB and 1 x Ethernet.

But with all this said and with only a small selection of films currently available on the new format, will this entice you to get one even considering the relatively low price? Let us know what you think?
