Today we could see the official announcement of the Google Nexus One as there is a press event that is being held later today. The press invitation was described as being an Android Press Gathering.
If the event does cover the Google Phone (ie, the Nexus One) then what we know about the phone is that it has a 5 megapixel camera, runs Android 2.1, is built by HTC and has a fast 1GHz SnapDragon processor inside.
A fair bit of information has been revealed over the last few weeks such as leaked pricing as well as the technical specs of the phone.
All the details will be revealed later on today when the press event kicks off.
