Exemode Yashica DVF828 Digital Photo Frame and Scanner

exemode-yashica-DVF828Yesterday we mentioned a new Sony digital photo frame that also housed a photo printer. Today we came across the Exemode Yashica DVF828 digital photo frame that actually is home to a scanner.

The frame has an 8 inch screen inside that displays an 800 x 600 pixel resolution and 1GB of memory can be found inside that you can use to save scanned in images to, or store transferred images from your PC. If 1GB isn’t enough to store images on then you can also use the SD memory card slot to further expand capacity.

On to the scanner side, we see it has an opening that can capture images measuring 10cm x 15cm in size with a resolution of 1200 x 1800 pixels.

The digital photo scanner combination will launch on October 24th and cost $277. Somehow it just doesn’t seem like a decent combination to have considering most images these days are captured on digital cameras.

  1. This would have been a good idea – 5 years ago. Now, few people have images that need scanning as the majority are digitally stored.
