Yesterday, an unboxing of a new Apple MacBook 13 inch model was found over on a Vietnamese website. The video indicated that a new 13 inch MacBook could be launching as soon as today. Well, today is here and the rumours are true. Apple [AAPL] has just launched a new MacBook on several of it’s online stores around the globe with the rest expected to follow shortly.
The new 13 inch Apple MacBook has a 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo processor. Graphics are provided by NVIDIA GeForce 320M and battery life has been increased from the previous 7 hours up to an impressive 10 hours on a single charge.
We were unsure yesterday if the price would increase… we actually see that Apple has retained the $999 price tag making it a good deal when compared to the 13 inch MacBook Pro that’s $200 more.
Other features include 4GB of memory, 250GB or 320GB hard drive, SD card slot and the option of either a 2.4GHz or 2.66GHz CPU.
