BGR is reporting that Verizon Wireless [VZ] is out and about testing Apple iPad devices on their network.
The Apple iPad being tested is a CDMA compatible device although LTE has also been mentioned by a source who informed BGR.
It isn’t clear if the CDMA and the LTA models are the same or different.
BGR is also predicting that we could be seeing the Apple iPhone on Verizon soon as well as what looks to be the Apple iPad now.
We might hear about this next week at WWDC although more than likely the 5 year contract that Apple [AAPL] has with AT&T [T] is still in place and could be till 2012. An adjustment in the contract could have been made though. We are sure all will be revealed shortly so hang on tight for a bit longer.
