Apple [AAPL] looks to be changing the Voice Memos icon in the latest iOS 4.2 build. The current icon has a red background with a detailed microphone. The new version looks to be a little more basic with a standard blue background with a white mic on top of that.
This move will keep a consistent look across all iOS devices as well as with the iPod nano.
Although we certainly wouldn’t mark this as an important news item, hopefully someone somewhere will find it interesting enough!
There could be other changes and I’m sure we’ll hear about them over the next couple of months in preparation for the launch of iOS 4.2 in November this year.
