T-Mobile myTouch Appears on T-Mobile Site

The T-Mobile myTouch was just mentioned here in the last hour. We now see that a page on the T-Mobile.com website has been put up that provides a few more details about the device as well as indicating its closer than we thought to launch day.

The HSPA+ connection allows the device to download data at up to 14.4 Mbps. This, of course, assumes you are in the best spot for network connectivity to reach maximum.

We also learn that the device uses the “Genius Button” that lets users use voice commands to access various functions of the phone.

Although we don’t yet have pricing and we don’t have a release date, we suspect that it isn’t too far now to launch as the web page is up. Perhaps in a month or 2 time we’ll see the pre-order page open in time for a Christmas launch.

More details over at T-Mob.
