Torrent have launched some new SureConnect HDMI cables. These cables have a bunch of features that aim to give you a better viewing experience.
The highest spec’d model of the SureConnect (named the Advanced and Elite) have VeriFYI which has indicator lights on each end of the cable which show the user when the cable is securely connected. That part is kind of odd because if your eyes can see the blinking LED then surely they can see that the cable is in place too.
Other features include Mylar Protective Shielding to protect your cable from interference, also the connectors are gold plated allowing for a better connection. MagLoc is another feature that magnetically connects the cable to ensure another good connection. A mixture of these make for a better more reliable cable.
