Samsung Galaxy Tab Stopped to $199.99 at US Cellular

US Cellular has discounted the Galaxy Tab down to $199.99 on some 24 month contracts. This discount follows on from the discounted Galaxy Tab that T-Mobile now offers although the US Cellular price is a little cheaper. Read on before you get too excited about the price drop.

US Cellular has dropped the price of the Galaxy Tab down to just $199.99 although this is after a $100 mail-in rebate. The full discount structure is as follows… $599.99 full price, $300 discount for a 24 month agreement and $100 mail-in rebate taking it down to the $199.99.

The downside of the cheap Galaxy Tab is that it isn’t available on the lower data plans which means that if you want to pay just $14.99/month for the 200MB of data a month, the price tag is actually $399.99. The only way you can get the tablet for $199.99 is if you sign up for the 5GB data plan where you pay $54.99/month, which seems a large commitment to us.

Full details can be found over at US Cellular of what offers are available.
