Expansys has revealed the Samsung Galaxy Tab price as being £679.99. This price tag is for the 16GB model of the new Samsung tablet. It currently has a launch date October 12.
It isn’t clear if these price points are correct. When compared to the iPad the same 3G 16GB model costs £529 which makes it quite a bit cheaper than the Samsung offering.
Samsung has confirmed to Engadget that no pricing has been made available yet and indicates that any prices revealed on sites are just speculation.
As for pricing in Germany, O2 has announced that the price for the Galaxy Tab will be 759 which will be a 99 deposit followed by 27.50/month for 24 months.
We’ll announce when all the pricing details are made official.
