Verizon has dropped the price of the Samsung Galaxy Tab from $599.99 down to $499.99.
Verizon will be switching over display materials in store to show the new price point as captured below.
For those who purchased a Galaxy Tab within the last 14 days who paid $599.99, you’ll be entitled to a $100 refund on your purchase from what Droid-Life is reporting.
As well as Droid-Life pointing the price drop and refunds out, they also comment that the online store doesn’t show the price drop which could be related to the drop being leaked on New Years day. Perhaps leave it till tomorrow to check if the actual price is dropping, or if it’s just a temporary price change for sales.
