The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 WiFi model has received pricing over in the US. The price for the 8.9 inch WiFi models will be $469 for the 16GB model and $569 for the 32GB version.
As well as confirming the price of the Galaxy Tab 8.9, Samsung also confirm that at launch it will run the Google Android Honeycomb 3.1 operating system and that it will use the TouchWiz interface. Powering the Tab 8.9 is a dual-core Tegra 2 chip from NVIDIA. Other features include a camera on the back which can capture at 3 megapixels. A camera on the front is also included which can capture at 2 megapixels.
A release date of the tablet is not known at the moment although speculation has hinted that it will launch by the end of this month. We also hear that an LTE version will be launching soon as well although this will be for specific regions.
