Razer Blade Gaming Laptop Sold Out within 30 Minutes – Priced at $2800

Razer has managed to sell out of pre-orders of the Blade Gaming Laptop within 30 minutes of the page going live. The new gaming laptop has a hefty price tag of $2,800 although that didn’t seem to prevent buyers snapping one up.

The laptop caters to the high end of the market and is a large device with a 17 inch screen. As the name suggests, the laptop is relatively thin at 0.88 inches. It is milled out of a single block of aluminium and manages to cram in enough performance for it to tackle a high-end PC. For memory it has 8GB of DDR3. It runs an Intel Core i7 processor and has an NVIDIA GeForce graphic chip. The screen is backlit by LED and for storage it has a 256GB SSD card. Full technical specs as well as more details on the laptop are available at the Razer website.

As for pre-orders selling out within 30 minutes… we are unsure exactly how many units the company sold. Due to the big presence at CES this year and the fact that Razer isn’t a tiny company, that could mean a lot of units were sold which is excellent considering the high price and the troubled financial period of time various countries are going through.
