The image you are looking at here is captured from the video below and shows an aggressive quadrocopter flying through a hoop that was thrown in the air.
We have seen the quadrocopter previously. Each time a new video is released, it seems far more advanced than the previous version.
The video can be found below and shows examples of how the device can move through hoops without any input from a human (other than throwing the hoop).
