In a few hours from now at 1:30pm EST, the Notion Ink Adam will be made available for pre-order. At that time, the tablet will be available to existing commenter’s and then at 7:30pm EST it will be available for pre-order for those who haven’t commented or registered an interest on the site..
The price of the tablet has changed since the last announcement although it has changed in the right direction, as in it has dropped. The price for the tablet will be $375.33 rather than $399. The 3G model is now priced at $435.33.
Those prices above are for the entry level LCD versions. The transflective Qi models start at $499.95 for the WiFi model and $549.95 for the 3G version. In total there are six SKU’s being made available in the US, Europe and Asia.
The Notion Ink Adam will be shipping with Android 2.2 installed although it will have a slight Android 2.3 influence inside.
As for a release date, it is still unknown although SlashGear is tracking that down as we speak.
