The Motorola Xoom is launching in the UK in the second quarter of this year. We now learn that major retailers will be selling the new Android 3.0 tablet when it launches.
The retailers include PC World, Currys/Dixons as well as the Carphone Warehouse.
With a quarter 2 launch scheduled, this could mean we see the new tablet as early as April, although there’s also the concern that it could be later in May or June at the latest.
As for pricing, the US model WiFi only, has been priced at $600. We guess that the UK price will still be in the £500 range unlocked as direct currency conversions are very rare.
