Motorola DROID X Inventory Limited

Droid-Life managed to get hold of some screen shots showing how many DROID X smartphones a number of locations across the US will be getting. From what the numbers show, it appears that the DROID X inventory will be limited.

Some of the stores are seeing as little as 5 units whilst some of them are a bit higher in the 60’s. Most numbers look to be between 15 and 40 per store.

Of course this might be the “current” inventory with the stores getting more delivered tomorrow and Thursday ready for the launch.

It isn’t known just yet how the Motorola DROID X will do in terms of sales although from the reports we have seen around the web it is certainly a device to look out for. Lets just hope that the companies involved in getting stocks ready knows what to expect on launch day.

The Motorola DROID X is an Android based smartphone. It has a 4.3 inch widescreen display. It runs a 1GHz processor and when the Android 2.2 update is launched for it, it will run Adobe Flash 10.1.

On the back of the DROID X is an 8 megapixel camera that is capable of capturing HD video. Overall an impressive sounding device and well worth taking a look at reviews if you are considering buying one.

I am so glad Verizon finally has a smart phone that can compete with the iphone. I love the Verizon network, but the phones just couldn’t compete for a long time, no “coolness factor”. They finally have a smart phone that I want, I hope I can get mine on Thursday..
