There are currently rumours in the tech world about the next gen iPod using an OLED display. OLED do great when used indoors, but when there is too much light like outside then it’s a different stors. The problem with OLED screens is that the life span is not as good and who know’s if Apple are in favour of that? 😉

Actually, Oled displays perform better outdoors than anyother display type, even with direct sunlight. And the lifespan thing, that is still to be decided. If oyu remember the lifespan of plasma tv’s ( when they first came out) were terrible. 3 years or so. SO give it time apple will come out with a sick OLED Ipod and we’ll all love it!
