iPhone 5 Could be Announced on June 6 at WWDC

Apple tend to announce the next generation iPhone in June of each year with a release date of that model following a few weeks later.

It is expected this year that Apple will announce the iPhone 5 at WWDC which now looks to be held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco on the 5th June all the way through to June 9. The announcement is expected on day two which is the 6th.

Apple has used this venue a number of times before, so it looks likely that they will continue to use this venue this year to announce the next generation iPhone.

  1. I think one of things still lacking…which is a real shame…is the ability to view flash videos on the iphone. Hope something gets worked out as this is the only reason why I would switch to HTC. Other than that I love my iphone and looking forward to seeing no.5! 🙂
