Google Launches Scribbles for Mobile

Google has launched Scribbles for Gmail. The new service works on Gmail on the web browser and within the iOS app and allows users to scribble a message to someone rather than typing.

To access the new function you need to compose a new message (or reply). When there, you’ll see a small scribble icon on the top right of the compose pane. Tap on it to be taken to a screen where you can scribble out your message.

At the end of the day, it’s a blank canvas. What do you want to share? To get started, head to on your iOS 4+, Android 3.1+ or Playbook device, or download the Gmail app for iOS from the App Store today.
