Flip MinoHD

Flip are the people who make the Flip video cameras that became popular over the internet in these last 12 months. It started off with the likes of the Flip Video Ultra, then the Flip Mino. We all know that regular definition is just not acceptable any more and Flip have now announced the Flip MinoHD because of this.

What the HD means is that you now get 720 HD shooting possibilities. Although it’s not full HD at 1080p it is still VERY acceptable for this type of camera and what it is used for. The Flip cameras are generally known as being idiot proof and the Flip MinoHD continues on this vein by simply being easy to use but yet, give some HD goodness along side.

On the storage side the MinoHD comes with 4GB built in. This provides about 60 minutes of HD recording. The battery is a lithium-ion and will provide around two hours of recording time.

I was impressed with the regular Flip camera and still use it to this day from when I got it a few months back. Now that HD is built in I do hope I will be able to test one of these out.

I am not sure when the Flip MinoHD will be available in the UK. As soon as we get more details I will post them here.
