The HTC Droid Incredible Android 2.3 update is arriving… unofficially. The update arrives thanks to the guys over at XDA Developers again, who managed to get a build of Android 2.3 Gingerbread working on the smartphone.
Since the initial launch of Android 2.3 for the Incredible on December 8, the team has managed to create three more versions with each of them ironing out the bugs to make it run that little bit better.
Version 4 has now been launched and with that it fixes the 8 Megapixel camera, fixes Facebook Sync as well as a few other outstanding parts. Only problems that the device has now is the GPS and the Camcorder which we assume are being worked on now and will be fixed in the near future.
