Acer has announced a couple of new Android based tablets that could arrive as early as April 2011.
The tablets measure 10.1 inches and 7 inches with the 10.1 inch device having a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. This particular model will run a dual-core 1GHz processor. The smaller model details are also a little sparse at the moment although we do hear that Acer will be cramming in the same amount of pixels as found on the larger 10.1 inch model.
Not much else is known about the tablets although Engadget managed to get some brief hands-on time with the 10.1 inch model (video can be found over here).
