Samsung YP-R0 Portable Multimedia Player Announced

Samsung have announced the launch of a new portable multimedia player called the Samsung YP-R0. The device has a 2.6 inch colour LCD screen and comes with either 4GB or 8GB of storage depending on the model you choose. By using a microSDHC memory card the storage can be increased by a further 16GB.

Also to be found inside the Samsung R0 is an FM radio, various codec support for video formats including DivX, XviD and H.264 along with the usual photo and video viewing software.

The YP-R0 appears to only be launching in Korea with a price of $120 for the smaller 4GB model and $155 for the 8GB version.
