The Canon PowerShot SX20 was recently reviewed over at Photography Blog where they went in to a lot of details (8 pages worth).
The SX20 is a step up form the SX10 that was launched a year ago. The SX20 now includes HD 720p video recording at 30 frames per second along with a new 12 megapixel sensor.
The conclusion about this camera is quite surprising, but go check out the review first as it’s packed full of every detail you want to know about the camera.

I too think that Canon SX 20 IS is a good buy.
