The iPad from Apple [AAPL] has only been officially known a few days but this hasn’t stopped a number of accessories being created for it that will be made available around the time of the official launch.
The next accessory we have spotted is the kickBACK Case from Scosche. The kickBACK allows the Apple iPad to function in both portrait and landscape mode.
‘We pride ourselves at consistently being one of the first accessories manufacturers to market with leading edge products following an iPhone, iPod, or now iPad announcement, said Kas Alves, executive vice president of Scosche Industries. ‘It’s that ability to react quickly without sacrificing quality that has helped us develop necessary accessories like the new kickBACK.
The new iPad casing is made from shatter-proof polycarbonate and rubber to protect the iPad if dropped. The kickBACK stand is integrated in to the back of the casing.
No specific launch dates have been mentioned yet although it will be made available sometime in the Spring, probably around the same day the iPad is launched. No prices have been given yet either.
