MSI have launched a new notebook computer called the MSI Wind U230. The MSI U230 has a 12.1 inch LCD display that can display 1366 x 768 pixels. Powering the notebook is an AMD Congo MV40 processor. For RAM you have the option of up to 4GB of DDR2.
Storage wise the notebook comes with a selection of 160GB, 250GB and 320GB depending on the model you choose. Connectivity see’s the netbook connect at 802.11b/g/n and an Ethernet port is built in capable of speeds up to 1GBps. Yesterday, Google [GOOG] introduced a new operating system called Google Chrome OS. We have heard a few things about it over the last few months, but now it has been officially displayed. The idea behind Chrome OS is that most users switch on their computer and want to go online to get email, check Facebook, browse websites, search for jobs, go shopping and perhaps play games while chatting to friends and listening to music etc… with other programs not getting as much use, if any at all. Perhaps the web browser is the most important and most used program on a computer in Google’s words.

The application that you install on your iPhone allows you to configure your iPhone as an e-wallet to make contactless payments. The Dell Adamo XPS has now gone on sale over at Dell in the US. The Adamo XPS is an ultra thin laptop measuring just 9.99mm thin. By using a unique design, Dell have managed to squash all the components needed in to a super slim shell where the keyboard fits neatly inside the reinforced display.
