Dragon USB Mirror Card Reader

The Dragon USB Mirror Card Reader is just another plain memory card reader. The only difference is that it’s a mirror also, I guess made for girls or something. It has 5 slots built in and can read… CF I, CF II, Microdrive, SM, SD, miniSD, MMC, RS MMC, MS, MS MagicGate, MS PRO, MS Pro MagicGate, MS Duo, MS Duo MagicGate, MS Pro Duo, MS Pro Duo MagicGate, MS Pro Ultra II, MS ROM, MS Select, and T-Flash type cards. Not a bad array of cards there! I just wish they would make 1 format of memory card and that would make life so much better πŸ™‚

USB Rechargable Battery

Moxia have come up with a genius idea of making a battery that can be charged via USB. The batter is an actual AA battery with the top part which flips open to reveal the USB connector. Just plug the USBCell in to your PC/Laptop and it will charge. They cost around Β£12.99 for a pair which is not bad considering you do not need to carry around a battery charger.

USBCell

The down side of the batteries are that they are not as powerful as rechargeables which are already lower then regular AA batteries. Still, I think this is a good idea and very handy to have a couple of these around in emergencies.

Available in the UK for 12.95 at FireBox
