Apple [AAPL] has now opened the iCloud.com service to all Apple users. To access it you simply navigate to icloud.com and enter your Apple ID along with your password. It requires that you are using iOS 5 on your iPad or iPhone so for those not in the developer program you’ll just need to wait a few more hours for Apple to push out the final build around the globe.

Samsung to Block iPhone 5 Launch in Korea

The patent problems between Apple and Samsung are continuing to go ahead with details today that hint at Samsung in Korea beginning proceedings to get the iPhone 5 blocked in Korea when it launches. Although they do not know the details of the iPhone 5 just yet, they will attempt to have the courts rule that Apple remove the telecommunications features of the device and sell it as an iPod touch.

The idea behind it is that you have a single service to log in to and then have an easy way to pay for what you use rather than paying for a full day usage at a time which is common in a number of places.
