The lens holds the flash drive which is capable of storing 4GB of data. The camera acts as the cap for the flash drive making a miniature DSLR camera which looks really cool. It is only available on eBay at the moment and seems to be a very limited edition. The user on eBay who created it is called rayhuen and has made 1 other item in the past which was a 2GB Flash drive in the shape of a Canon EOS 450D. Samsung S8000 and M8000 Launching Soon

samsung-s8000Samsung are launching quite a few touchscreen phones this year. 2 more of these devices have been leaked which are currently numbered the S8000 and M8000. Each phone is almost identical in looks, but inside there are a few differences.

Each of the phones has a 240 x 400 screen that is touchscreen and each have a home button below the screen. The S8000 has a 5 megapixel camera with a dual LED flash and autofocus while the M8000 seems to be more aimed at the music crowd as it has a 3.5mm headphone jack and a music key. Samsung N310 NetBook Priced and Spec’d

samsung_n310The Samsung N310 is a netbook that has a 10.1″ screen, 1GB of RAM, 160GB HDD and an Intel Atom N270 processor that runs at 1.6GHz. It will be made available soon in the UK.

This ultra portable netbook will set you back £399 though which seems a tad higher then similar competition. It does look good in an odd way, but I am not sure I could spend £399 on this netbook. On the connectivity side the netbook has WiFi, Bluetooth and optional HSDPA/WiBro connectivity. A 5 hour battery life is possible on the standard batter with that being boosted all the way up to 11 hours by using the extended battery pack. [Read more…]

As mentioned above, the camera is rugged which means it can survive drops on to concrete. On the technical side it captures and streams high-def video over a number of connection methods. CD-Quality sound is captured and the video/audio data is streamed using standard codecs that include H.264 and AAC.
