Worlds Fastest Handheld

The worlds fastest handheld seems to be a bold claim although they could just be right DataWinds PocketSurfer 2 needs 7 - 9 seconds to fully load a web page. It features a QWERTY keyboard and a wide screen display. To access the screen and keyboard you flip the device open in what looks to be a similar way to the old PSION series 3a. The device uses windows internet explorer but does not use the windows mobile OS. Using the server version of IE it allows for a full web browser experience which is a great way forwards. Over all it looks like a very sleek phone which if the specs match is a nice step forwards in the mobile market.
