Normally when you hear of HTC and the G1, G2, Magic, Hero or whatever else you automatically think Android as those ranges of phones by HTC are specifically built for the Android OS.
We then came across the Windows Mobile Version HTC G2 and something about it just doesn’t seem right. The phone, which is pretty much a clone, will be powered by a Huawei K3 460MHz processor, support quadband connectivity on GSM and EDGE and the weird thing is that it’s Windows Mobile 6.1 based.
Expect it to be a lot cheaper then the official version when launched. Here is a link to the translated page where you can read a little bit more about this new phone.
