Just a couple of weeks back Wi-Fi Sync for iPhone was launched. Apple [AAPL] wouldn't allow the application in to the app store, so the app developer made it available for $9.99 through Cydia instead.
When the app launched on Cydia a couple of weeks back, the Wi-Fi version would only sync up to those running a Mac. The developer of the app has now created a Windows version of the software allowing those running Microsoft Windows XP, Vista or 7 to wirelessly sync with their iPhone.
We also learn from the WiFi Sync site that the application also works on the Apple iPad now.
