Weird Wooden Mobile Phone

Wooden Mobile
The item pictured above is a mobile phone called the Boom Tube. It was created by students in the University of Dundee I guess as an art project or something. Six models in total have been made and they are collectively called Sensual Phones. As well as the boom tube there is the m:ssage model which has a rumble pack built in. The next is the Aware phone which you wear around your neck and it sends tingles down your spine when ever other people on your network are close by. The Aurora is a portable light show phone and the Hive has been described as plain ugly.

My thoughts on these are that they are kind of weird, but could be classed as cool if you are in to this type of stuff. From what I can gather, they are real devices although part of me is still not quite convinced with them.
